A strong performance from the boys today. Ten goals in one match says a lot about our effort and intent. We played with heart in an open grass field, with parents supporting and perfect weather on our side.

We took an early lead and kept pushing until the final whistle. The result didn’t go our way, but the spirit stood out.

🎥Highlights from the pitch:

- Kireet (U11) led from the front with a hat-trick and one of his finest all-round displays so far.
- Gurbaaz (U10) showed why he is the vice-captain. He worked like a machine in every phase of play.
- Ganan (U9) looked calm and composed, organizing the backline with real maturity.
- Pratish (U10) stepped up with important saves that kept us in the game.
- Ishan (U10), on debut, made a positive impact with his work rate and positioning.

We faced a new pitch, new conditions, and the challenge of an away match. These games reveal the true character of a team. We gained lessons, noted key areas to improve, and showed that the upward journey continues.

Thank you to all the parents who turned up in numbers, and to the coaches who handled every detail from arrangements to warm-ups and team talks.

Soumyjouti brings a strong background in sports and management — having represented the Tripura State Cricket Team and worked with top sports leagues like Protouch Golf, including the 21st International Junior Golf Championship (India’s Largest Junior Golf Event).

He’s also served as a Cricket Academy Coach, mentoring young athletes and managing events with dedication and professionalism. Currently pursuing a Sports Management degree from a reputed institute in Kolkata, Soumyajit truly embodies passion and teamwork.

We’re thrilled to have him join us and look forward to the energy and expertise he’ll bring to IFA’s growth journey! ⚽🔥

At Inspire Football Academy, we take our mission of providing the best football training in town very seriously. A strong goal needs the right mentorship — someone experienced in working with children and delivering high-quality training plans.

We had the privilege of attending a one-on-one masterclass with Mr. Ponsekar G, an AFC C License coach, who has worked with established academies and truly resonates with our vision of making football the centre stage for developing young minds through discipline, leadership, and strong fundamentals.

Our coaches and staff thoroughly enjoyed the two-hour deep dive of knowledge and idea exchange, gaining valuable insights that will help us raise our standards even higher. This experience will surely reflect in the way we nurture and train our young players.

As the chants of Mahalaya fill the air, we embrace the power of teamwork, focus, and belief. Wishing you strength and success this festive season.

Our boys played a friendly match on a much larger turf this time — excellent facilities at @clubpavillion, Merlin Rise.

We faced the legendary @r10academy_kolkata, inaugurated by Ronaldinho himself.

There were some brilliant moments and some humbling ones too. Coaches were present, guiding players from the sidelines. Parents came out in strong support.

Overall, it was a valuable experience for everyone. Clear signs of improvement from our players.

The photo says it all. Happy Birthday to our favourite coach @sayan_official_0.3 . He has been a rock solid team member, taking care of all the kids and no wonder why he’s surrounded by them.
